Today, 2 February 2010, is a groundhog day in the US and Canada. Like what I wrote yesterday, now many people have the same question. Did the groundhog see his shadow?
Legend has it that if the groundhog pokes his head above ground and doesn’t see his shadow, he’s leave his burrow, which means winter will soon be over. If he does see it though, he goes back in his hole and we all have six more weeks or winter. (If only there was a chance of this tale being true!)
