Time goes on and it’s gonna be hard, or may be, it’s harder than ever in Busby SEO Test contest. Why is it so? Hi Carissa,
Blog commenting is actually not as effective of an SEO strategy as most think. In terms of link equity, you get very little especially if there are a lot of comments on the post (google will divide the link juice up evenly among the out going URL’s.
A better strategy (at least in my opinion) is to forge relationships with other webmaster’s and have them post the actual anchor text of your keyword into the content in close proximity to semantic terms that are within the niche. That kind of link will give you far more authority than a comment post.
Just a suggestion though.
